Physic 101 – Everything is energy By using energy healing on the physical body energy can shift, release and restore the Prana- life force energy. With the energy is back into balance it connects the body to earth and the higher-self energy. Consider energy to be the fuel for the body when we are disconnected we have a ho-hum frequency. This is ‘allowing’ energy rather than reconstructive healing. The initial body scan and then the energy work begins. There are several levels of energy healing: Reiki: Alpha Wave – Promotes relaxation and reconnection to the body and pain management or release. Reiki is ‘Allowing’ energy rather than reconstructive healing. Theta healing: Theta Wave – restorative energy – going back to cellular repair, removal of blocks, spiritual attachments or negative thoughts with potential downloading a higher level programming: Human 10.0 Esoteric healing: A more interactive treatment in body recovery. This technique runs off of Chakra System and the internal organ system. This assists in physical body recovery from shock, trauma, and illness. **Please note that healing is a process if you are looking to healing old issues or more dramatic impact situations it may take more than one session – easing the body back into wellness is more beneficial long term.
