* NOTE: The Addiction Assessment & Intake Not covered by insurance, as we are a private clinic. Any additional addiction counselling session may be covered by your insurance company. Our Addiction coordinator will do a pre-assessment intake & session with you to help determine the best Treatment Plan we offer to meet your Treatment goals with the newest and most effective cutting edge techniques and therapy. We do this through a collaborative, integrative team approach to Addition and mental health. This first initial assessment is not covered by your insurance.
