Dr Elsa is certified and holds several designations, including 4 Graduate Level degrees, 2 PhDs, Doctorate and postgraduate work. She is also Board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors and Practitioners (BNMDP) is a MD, and The World Organization of Natural Medicine. Her specialities include Neuroscience (emphasising neurogenesis and neuroplasticity), Epigenetics, Quantum Physics, Psychologies, Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), Orthomolecular Medicine, Herbology, Gut/Brain Axis, and Mind & Body connections and is a Zen master. This psychology combines physical interventions to regulate electrical signals or energy fields with evidence-based exposure therapy to retrain the brain and help individuals overcome any physical, behavioral, and emotional reactions affecting health and well-being.
