Includes: *Total of 39 plus hours of treatment* -Assessment intake with a Dependence counselor -Meeting with the treatment coordinator -12 Individual Dependence counseling sessions include: Consultation for EMDR/Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to determine the best fit for presenting conners. Three 60-minute relapse prevention sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart for reach. 8 sessions for EMDR (mix and match would include either A) Two ART sessions and 6 EMDR sessions or B) 3 ART Sessions and 5 EMDR Sessions MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory) Results with an individual session to discuss the results Follow-Up Individual Session 6 months post initial intake. -Neurofeedback (Check with insurance, separate price) -2 hr Energy Healing session with Master Healer -Holistic nutrition package with a 7-day meal plan -12 Somatic Therapy Sessions with a wellness program: -4 sessions with a behavioral therapist -8 group drop-in classes per month -1hr energy healing with master healer -Biofeedback: 3 sessions including initial scan $10,097 Only $841.42 per month for 12 months
