Energy Healing 

Energy medicine is a branch of alternative medicine based on a scientific belief that healers can channel healing energy into a patient and effect positive results.

 

Within the energy healing session, we balance chakras, perform Reiki, Includes TLT (Timeline Therapy) and release any trapped harmful energy that may cause disease and emotional trauma to the mind and body.

Energy healing has shown to help people with depression and anxiety. Energy healing is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief.

It is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably supported in a chair.

 It is done through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. 

Research suggests Energy healing helps your body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease.

Reiki

Reiki Breaks Down Energy Blocks and Balances The Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Regular Reiki treatment promotes the consistent and unlocked flow of energy throughout the body.

This allows people to feel less stress, enhances learning and memory, promotes mental clarity, and physical healing/ less physical pain.

 

Reiki is a complementary therapy that involves encouraging a healthy flow of energy in the body to lower stress and promote healing.

For what to expect:

A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably supported in a chair.

 It is done through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. 

Additional placements on the limbs can be done as needed (for example, if there is an injury or surgical scar) To assist in the healing process of A previous injury or scar.

Hypnotherapy 

“Hypnotherapy” makes use of hypnosis to uncover and address the cause of a client's issue. So we say all hypnotherapy includes hypnosis but not all hypnosis is hypnotherapy. I also use some NLP exercises as well as give some things to do when they go home to continue with the progress we make in sessions. 

 

In the intake, Ellie will be recording the conversation, so that she can really focus on what the client is saying, instead of writing everything in front of them. 

This allows her to see their reaction to certain things they say and to help her not miss anything. You will talk about what the main issue is, how long it’s been affecting the client, what was happening in their lives at the onset of this issue, their beliefs and feelings around the issue, and how it has affected their lives.

 She will ask many questions to get an idea if this issue is a result of something deeper you might have to discover, or if this is the main issue. Many things are results of a bigger issue, we often don’t even know or realize it could have happened when we were little or we can’t remember the initial event. 

While in hypnosis speaking to the client's subconscious, She can find memories stored and uncover many beliefs and reasons behind issues that affect us later in life. 

 

The first few sessions would be to get used to hypnosis and to build a comfortable safe place in order for her to speak to the client's subconscious mind.

After the second session, we will start the deeper therapy. Sessions can range from 3-4 to up to 15 depending on the issue, how long it’s been and the severity of it.

For example, quitting smoking will most likely be less whereas childhood trauma or pain management from illness will take more. 

 

Because we go deep and into the subconscious mind to the root of the issue, hypnotherapy is a very effective treatment and form of therapy and often results are felt quickly, even within the first few sessions.

Hipnosis/ TLT Therapy

TLT/ Hipnosis therapy provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past.

 

TLT also focuses on what we can learn from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future. 

TimeLine Therapy (TLT) techniques and practical processes produce long-lasting transformation much quicker than what is currently called "brief therapy", with a minimum of discomfort to the client.

 

Some examples of painful emotions include anger, rage, sadness, hurt, regret, fear, guilt, and remorse.

TLT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past and stops you from creating what you want in your life. Both unwanted negative emotions and limiting beliefs influence every area of our lives.
