Tier 1: Dependence Reset Day Program

o Assessment intake with a dependence counselor

o Meeting with the treatment coordinator

o 6 Individual dependence counseling sessions includes:

o Consultation session for EMDR/Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for the best fit for presenting concerns.
o 90-minute Relapse Prevention Session
o One ART session for dependence and/or mental health concerns.
o Possibility of continuing with EMDR post-package due to length of sessions often required.

o 1.5 hr Healing with Master healer

o Holistic nutrition package with a 3-day meal plan

o 6 Mindset therapy sessions with a wellness program

2 60-minute Relapse Prevention Sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart
4 Sessions for either EMDR/ART (Only mix and match is one ART session and 3 EMDR sessions)

2 hr Healing with Master Healer session

Assessment intake with a dependence counselor

12 Individual addiction counseling sessions includes:
Consultation for EMDR/Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to determine the best fit for presenting conners.
Three 60-minute relapse prevention sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart for reach.
8 sessions for EMDR (mix and match would include either A) Two ART sessions and 6 EMDR sessions or B) 3 ART Sessions and 5 EMDR Sessions
MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Inventory) Results with an individual session to discuss the results
Follow-Up Individual Session 6 months post initial intake.
