I look forward to ‘meeting’ you virtually for your initial intake to Zen Clinic’s holistic supports – the intake is not a counseling session.
I would also be happy to support you in counseling as part of your mental health journey at Zen. I’m offering telepsychology supports for adults (individuals and couples) at Zen every Thursday afternoon (1 – 5 pm).
I can support you with concerns including
CBT-I, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Life transitions, Relationships, Self-esteem, Grief and Loss, Divorce/Separation, Anger Management, Childhood, and Sexual Abuse, Addictions, and Trauma.
As an approved provider for treaty-status clients, I provide direct billing to IRS/FNIHB for full coverage of counseling costs.
If you’re feeling a little ‘lost at sea’ – or find yourself caught up on the shoals in your life right now – maybe it’s time to bring a good co-navigator on deck. We all find ourselves in rough waters at times – life is like that.
I offer collaborative, strength-based counseling support from a solution-focused and narrative perspective, drawing on cognitive-behavioral ideas and specialized trauma/addictions training.
My core belief is that the person is not the problem; the problem is the problem.
My training in Gottman’s couple therapy and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) guides my work with relationships as well as with individuals.
I have CSAT® (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) and CMAT® (Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist) designations, and I am a certified RRT® (Rapid Resolution Therapy) therapist. I also have training in EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing), RET (Radical Exposure Tapping), Brainspotting, and clinical hypnosis.
I offer you a collaborator – a companion and fellow traveler – as you navigate the waters of your life and find your own unique way through.
My goal is to help you achieve yours . . . and to celebrate the journey with you.
Please access a free 15-minute initial consultation to talk with me (not a counseling session).
Please allow a full day (at minimum) to book your intake as there is paperwork for you to receive and return prior to your session
Family & Youth Counselor
I have been working with children and families for the past 11 years in various capacities within child/youth development, schools, recreation, childcare, group homes, and early intervention settings. To name a few, I have fulfilled the roles of a youth development worker, a behavior therapist for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a special needs assistant for children with Mild/Moderate funding, Family Support for Children with Disabilities, and Program Unit Funding. Much of my work experience has been with children and families impacted by neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, and behavioral issues.
I possess a Master of Counselling degree, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Bachelor of Applied Child Studies degree, and a Children’s Mental Health Certificate. I have extensive experience with a multitude of childhood mental health concerns. Overall, I am committed to providing ethical, empowering, and evidence-based counseling services.
The overall goal of my approach to counseling is to facilitate the learning of prosocial behaviors, increase clients’ awareness of their strengths, and empower sustainable change outside of therapy. I consider the psychological, developmental, and situational factors that can impact individuals to implement the appropriate interventions.
I ensure that interventions and strategies are developmentally appropriate and a good fit for the family environment. I use behavior therapy strategies, strength-based interventions, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and play-based therapeutic interventions.

Just how delicate the process and the care that is needed to watch something grow from seed.
I am looking forward to seeing and working with you soon as we come together to bring healing for the mind, body, and spirit through nutrition and movement.
Massage therapist & Reiki Master
The journey of my path to a Reiki Master, and an RMT. In 2001 I had an Awakening while on my travels through Australia, a kundalini rise, and ever since then, I have been able to feel energy subtly throughout the body. Through Reiki, meditation, and in tune breathing, over years of learning what each section of the body in energetic means, feeling blocks and helping others release them. I studied as a Cook to get my red seal and become a chef, shortly after I realized there was a better way I could help people heal. I quit my job and went back to school for massage therapy. Massage has lead me to a deeper understanding of the body on a physical level, this has allowed me to get a better understanding of the body, mind, and spirit connection. This has made me a better healer with the Passion of helping people achieve their greatest potential and Empower them to Heal at the moment. Having an open mind and an open heart, we are all one in this journey together on this big blue planet.
Always growing, always learning.
I have been working in the Wellness/health industry for over 3 years now and love it. I also have many years of customer service and receptionist experience. I am looking forward to assisting the rest of Zen Clinic's amazing team book and keep clients happy.
